At RSL Event Center Singapore, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges depend on the delivery address and order size. Our team will contact you if additional delivery information is required.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Return and Exchange Policy

For return or exchange requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or specially ordered. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable delivery charges.
