At RSL Event Center Singapore, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: SGD 10 per order
• Express Shipping: SGD 20 per order
• Free Shipping: Available for orders above SGD 100 (after discounts, if applicable)

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• The item received is damaged or defective.

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
